Gilcrease Apple Cider Pancakes


  • 1.25 cups All Purpose Flour
  • 2 Tbsp. + .5 tsp. Sugar
  • 2 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 75 tsp. Salt
  • 1 Egg1
  • 1/3 cup Gilcrease Apple Cider
  • 3 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil


In large bowl mix dry ingredients together.
In a smaller bowl combine the egg and cider well.
Add the cider mixture to the dry ingredients all at once.
Mix just until combined. Add in oil and blend in.
