14 Oct Gilcrease Apple Cider Pancakes
- 1.25 cups All Purpose Flour
- 2 Tbsp. + .5 tsp. Sugar
- 2 tsp. Baking Powder
- 75 tsp. Salt
- 1 Egg1
- 1/3 cup Gilcrease Apple Cider
- 3 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
In large bowl mix dry ingredients together.
In a smaller bowl combine the egg and cider well.
Add the cider mixture to the dry ingredients all at once.
Mix just until combined. Add in oil and blend in.
